At Mant-è-husn, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

Our Returns Policy

We only accept returns on items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival. As our jewellery is delicate and made to a high standard, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Timeframe

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Email us at hello@mant-e-husn.com with your order number and a clear photo of the fault or damage.
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we will provide return instructions and cover the cost of return postage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
